[12/22/2009] Hall Render is pleased to welcome new Shareholder Mark R. Lezotte in the Troy, MI office. Mark has substantial experience in corporate, health care, tax, and exempt organization matters. His experience includes hospital-physician ventures, business acquisitions and dispositions, exempt-organization tax issues, regulatory investigations, corporate and nonprofit governance, research contracts and institutional review board requirements, commercial contracts, and medical staff matters. He received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan School of Business.
