[07/23/2010] Hall Render is pleased to welcome new Shareholder, David A. French, to the Troy, MI office. David, who will be joining our Litigation Practice Area, has successfully handled qui tam and federal false claims cases, physician staff disputes, reimbursement disputes with third party payors, federal and state investigations and other administrative regulatory matters. He has authored a number of articles and lectured at programs sponsored by professional and other groups in the health care industry. David also litigates cases involving business torts, real estate, insurance, and constitutional issues, along with other general business disputes. He has acted as lead counsel in federal and state courts across the United States. In addition, he has prevailed on appeal in cases in the Michigan Court of Appeals, the United States Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Some of these cases have generated considerable public interest.
