Hall Render Attorneys Present to KY Audiences
[07/27/2010] Three Hall Render attorneys gave presentations in Kentucky this spring.

Rene Savarise and Adele Merenstein spoke and presented video segments regarding compliance issues and how to handle them during Kentucky Hospital Association's 81st Annual Convention taking place May 24-26 in Lexington, KY.

On April 15 in Louisville, KHREF held the Governance Medical Staff & Legal Issues 2010 program where Jeffrey Carmichael spoke about potential conflicts of interest for Members of the Board and determining the appropriate resolution when conflicts arise.
