Hall Render is pleased to announce that Derek White has joined the firm in its Indianapolis office.
Derek concentrates his practice on operations, Medical Staff governance, credentialing and peer review, and life sciences matters. Derek supports hospitals, health systems and other clients across the health care industry by assisting with day-to-day operational challenges and contributing to efforts that promote high-quality patient care. His research experience enables him to navigate complex regulatory environments, helping health care providers stay compliant with evolving laws, regulations and industry standards.
Before attending law school, Derek worked as a physical therapy aide and completed his undergraduate studies in Kinesiology. This background created a strong foundation within the health care profession that continues to inform his legal work today.
Derek is admitted to practice in Indiana and is a member of the American Health Law Association.
