Hall Render is pleased to announce that Tori Kelly has joined the firm in its Denver office.
Tori advises on a range of operational and transactional matters, including acquisitions, governance and related corporate issues. She represents clients across the health care industry, including hospitals and health systems, and is developing her experience in managed care and reimbursement matters.
Before attending law school, Tori gained valuable industry experience as a Contract Specialist in the Payor Contracting Department at Providence Health & Services, where she worked with a variety of payors across Washington and Montana.
Tori is admitted to practice in Colorado and is a member of the American Health Law Association.
