About Eric
Based in the firm's Indianapolis office, Eric Speer focuses his practice on health care transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and general business transactions. Eric also assists health care clients, such as hospitals, physician groups and health systems, with additional services related to contract drafting, corporate governance and fraud and abuse compliance. He is dedicated to providing practical solutions to complex legal and business-related problems.
Prior to joining Hall Render, Eric gained valuable experience working for a global management consulting firm in Chicago, Illinois specializing in mergers and acquisitions and information technology due diligence assessments. While in Chicago, Eric contributed to several transformational projects for Fortune 500 organizations.
Eric lives in Indianapolis with his wife and their dog. In his free time, Eric is an avid golfer and a passionate fan of all things related to Indianapolis sports.
