Hall Render Announces New Shareholders

Hall Render has recently announced that Mayo Alao, James Junger, Heather Mogden and Lindsay Ramsey have been named Shareholders of the Firm.

Mayo Alao (Denver/Indianapolis offices) practices in the area of health care law with a focus on hospital and health system matters, regulatory and compliance issues, corporate transactions and hospital/physician alignment. He provides services to a broad array of health care providers, including hospitals, health systems and physician practices. Mayo graduated from the Saint Louis University School of Law in 2015.

James Junger (Milwaukee office) focuses his practice on pharmacy and health care compliance issues. James assists clients, which include hospitals, health systems, federally qualified health centers and safety net providers, as they navigate the complex 340B program, drug distribution laws, and fraud and abuse rules that regulate the health care industry. James earned his law degree from the University of Wisconsin in 2014.

Heather Mogden (Milwaukee office) represents health care providers in a wide range of litigation matters in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings. Heather’s practice focuses on provider reimbursement appeals, False Claims Act defense and other commercial and employment litigation. Her experience involves managing large eDiscovery review processes, including forensic data retrieval. Heather graduated cum laude from Marquette University Law School with a civil litigation certificate in 2012.

Lindsay Ramsey (Indianapolis office) exclusively focuses her practice on immigration law, including filing employment-based petitions with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services on behalf of hospitals, health care entities, physician practice groups, corporations, businesses and individuals across the United States. Lindsay routinely files J-1 Waivers for those Subject to 212(e), H-1B Petitions, O-1 Petitions for Extraordinary Ability Aliens and more. Lindsay graduated from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2007.
