Hall Render is pleased to announce Eric Rupenthal has joined the firm in its Indianapolis office.
Eric focuses his legal practice on health care transaction-related matters. Eric assists a broad array of clients, comprising hospitals, hospital foundations, physician groups, health systems and other nonprofit organizations as they navigate the health care industry’s complex regulatory environment. Additionally, he partners with clients throughout the real estate process, assisting with leases, development projects and land use approvals.
Prior to joining Hall Render, Eric focused on fostering governmental relationships by advocating for associations in the Indiana State House.
Eric is admitted to practice in Indiana and is a member of the American Health Law Association and the Butler University Lambda Chi Alpha Housing Corporation.
