Hall Render is pleased to announce Rubin Pusha III has joined the firm in its Indianapolis office.
Rubin rejoins the firm after serving as a Partner at a U.S.-based international law firm, where he focused on health care transactions and regulatory matters for a variety of health care investors, providers and private equity-backed companies.
Rubin focuses his legal practice in the area of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. As a strong advocate for his clients, Rubin has a deep understanding of their industries and business structures, allowing him to provide high-quality counsel and strategically position an entity for success in its business dealings. Rubin’s experience includes representation of a variety of health care providers, including hospitals, health systems, medical practices, ambulatory surgery centers and private equity-backed management and dental services organizations, in acquisitions (buy-side and sell-side), joint ventures, equity investments and divestitures.
Recognized for his professional excellence, Rubin has been named in the Best Lawyers in America “Ones to Watch” list and the National Black Lawyers’ “Top 40 Under 40” list. He is admitted to practice in Indiana and Illinois and is a member of the American Health Law Association, the Illinois Association of Healthcare Attorneys and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
