Hall Render is pleased to announce Kathryn “Katie” Daggett has joined the firm in its Indianapolis office.
Katie is a key member of Hall Render’s Health Regulatory practice group, specializing in health care litigation. Katie leverages her experience to provide robust legal representation and counsel to clients, including hospitals, health systems and other health care entities navigating complex litigation challenges. In addition to litigation, Katie focuses on matters related to government investigations, the False Claims Act and fraud and abuse.
Before joining Hall Render, Katie gained hands-on litigation experience in medical malpractice defense, product liability and premises liability cases. Her legal career began at the Indiana Attorney General’s Office, where she spent three years in the Licensing Enforcement Section during law school. In this role, Katie investigated medical licensing matters and conducted trainings for medical agencies and organizations.
Katie is admitted to practice in Indiana and is a member of the American Health Law Association, Indianapolis Bar Association and Executive Women in Healthcare.
