About Jenna

Jenna Nakkash is an attorney in Hall Render’s Labor & Employment practice group, where she works with clients, including health care providers and other employers, on a wide range of labor and employment and commercial litigation matters. She has experience litigating employment disputes, managing all aspects of discovery and has served as co-chair in both jury trials and arbitrations. In addition to her litigation work, Jenna advises health care employers on traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining negotiations, representation election proceedings, labor arbitration hearings and unfair labor practice matters before the National Labor Relations Board and state agencies.

Before joining Hall Render, Jenna practiced at a leading plaintiff-side employment law firm. That experience gives her valuable insight into how employees and employers approach workplace challenges, allowing her to anticipate strategies from both sides and deliver effective solutions. In addition to litigation, Jenna counsels clients on compliance and risk management to help prevent disputes before they arise.

Jenna is dedicated to providing practical, results-oriented guidance that helps her clients navigate employment issues while minimizing risk. Outside of her practice, Jenna enjoys spending time with her family, reading and exploring the outdoors.
