About Jennifer
Jennifer Hatchett focuses her practice in the area of health care regulatory law with a particular emphasis on insurance plans. Jennifer enjoys working with clients to further innovation within the health care insurance industry.
With more than two decades of dedicated experience, Jennifer advises clients on all aspects of Medicaid, Medicare and commercial insurance. She assists clients in remaining compliant with the various regulations that govern regional and federal insurance programs. Jennifer has deep experience working with multiple state Medicaid programs, possessing a unique understanding of the intricacies of the different markets at play both at the state and federal levels. Additionally, Jennifer represents clients in provider contract negotiations, providing context to successfully reach a compliant and beneficial end-state.
Jennifer is a member of the Health Care Compliance Association and the American Health Law Association. Jennifer resides in Louisville and enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
