About Lisa
Lisa Lucido is a shareholder in the firm serving as the Co-Office Managing Partner of Hall Render’s Troy, MI office and Co-Leader of the firm’s managed care service line. She concentrates her practice in the areas of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, managed care, regulatory compliance and telehealth reimbursement. She provides counsel to a wide variety of health care entities in developing strategies and policies to ensure compliance with the Medicare and Medicaid programs, including assisting with the evaluation of provider-based issues, conditions of payment, disclosure and compliance matters. Additionally, Lisa provides practical counsel on strategies for compliance with state and federal surprise billing laws and virtual care models. Lisa also advises providers in the negotiation and administration of managed care contracts and works closely with clients to address regulatory and compliance issues related to participation in Medicare Advantage. With a deep understanding of telehealth regulations, Lisa regularly advises health care clients on issues related to telehealth and remote patient monitoring coverage and reimbursement.
Lisa frequently publishes and speaks on surprise billing, reimbursement and managed care matters. She was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2020 to 2023 for her work in health care law and was selected to the Best Lawyers in America Ones to Watch list from 2021 to 2024. Lisa is active in the State Bar of Michigan Healthcare Law Section serving as the chair of the Medical-Legal Subcommittee and as a Council Member.
