About Regan
Regan Tankersley joined Hall Render in 2002 and is a shareholder in the firm’s Indianapolis office. Regan is a member of the firm's Health Economics and Health Regulatory practice groups, focusing on health care regulatory and payment policy matters. Regan advises a variety of health care clients, including hospitals, health systems, physician practices, IDTFs, clinical labs, telehealth providers and ASCs, in the areas of regulatory compliance, billing and reimbursement, and coverage and payment policy.
Regan has extensive experience advising providers on the intricacies of Medicare coverage and reimbursement policies. Further, she regularly addresses questions related to telehealth coverage requirements, ensuring that her clients remain compliant with the latest regulatory standards.
Providing practical and actionable advice, Regan counsels clients in developing strategies and policies for health care entities to ensure compliance with the Medicare and Medicaid programs, including provider-based issues, enrollment and certification, conditions of payment, evaluation of coverage and payment, disclosures and compliance issues.
Regan frequently speaks across the nation on a variety of regulatory issues. She lives in Indianapolis with her husband, a high school chemistry teacher, and their three kids, who are very active in sports and the performing arts. In her free time, Regan is a baseball fan, cheering for the Chicago Cubs.
