340B: Current and Future State

This presentation will provide an overview of the current state of the 340B Program, addressing both 340B Program and related Medicare, Medicaid and private payor considerations. In addition to 340B Program and related “in the weeds” standards, the speakers will also address the future of the Program, including a discussion of federal and state legislative activities affecting its short-term efficacy and long-term viability.
