Is Your Practice ADA Compliant?

With the ever-present need to ensure compliance with a myriad of complex laws and regulations, this workshop will seek to provide a background of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as it applies to the office practice of EAP professionals. Specifically, Title III of the ADA requires that healthcare providers provide “full and equal access” to all healthcare services and spaces, as well as “reasonable modifications to policies, practices, and procedures when necessary” to serve disabled patients.
