Post-Acute Providers and COVID-19: Key Legal and Business Issues Going Forward

Meeting the challenges of the COVID-19 virus has called for post-acute providers and communities to revisit, reimagine and revise their care practices and business operations in real-time. Session will identify key legal and business issues that providers and their boards needs to review and reconsider going forward to address ongoing COVID-19 world challenges and prepare for post-COVID world operations.
