Amanda Kiefer is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Hall Render, where she leads the Firm’s people strategy, talent development and HR operations to support the growth and success of employees across the Firm. With a unique blend of legal experience and executive HR leadership, Amanda is dedicated to building high-engagement, high-retention cultures that enable employees to thrive and deliver exceptional service to clients and communities.

Amanda joins Hall Render with more than a decade of HR leadership experience in the financial services sector, where she most recently served as a Senior Vice President and Chief People & Inclusion Officer. Her expertise lies in transforming HR from a tactical function into a strategic driver of organizational success, leading enterprise-wide initiatives in employee engagement, compensation and benefits, leadership development, succession planning and inclusion. Earlier in her career, she also served as Assistant General Counsel, providing legal counsel on employment law, internal investigations, corporate governance and compliance matters.
