Karen Gifford serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Hall Render, leading several teams to support the Firm’s financial analytics and operations. In this role, Karen ensures that the strategic and operational financial objectives are achieved while maintaining robust controls over the finance function. Karen oversees several teams at Hall Render, including Financial Reporting, Treasury, Pricing, Billing, Collection, Conflicts, Payroll and Accounts Payable.

With over two decades of experience in the legal industry, Karen's career began in Chicago at Dentons and then Vedder Price, where she successfully managed their global finance teams. She holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Augustana College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
