Health Care Associations

Hall Render's attorneys provide legal, consulting and advocacy services to a number of state hospital associations and health care professional trade organizations. Our depth and breadth of knowledge in the hospital and health care fields provide us with the ability to counsel associations not only on the legal and regulatory issues confronting their members, but also on the policy and strategy issues confronting the associations. In short, our attorneys help ensure association member needs are met. To that end, the Health Care Associations Section and Hall Render's Government Relations and Public Policy Section work with the legislature, regulatory agencies, stakeholder groups and the executive staff to help associations and trade organizations achieve their goals. The Section is fully supported by the other practice areas of the firm, enabling Hall Render to provide advice on the many important issues affecting health care associations and their members.
