Hall, Render, Killian, Heath & Lyman, the largest health care focused law firm in the nation, is pleased to announce associate attorney Kendall A. Schnurpel, C.P.A., J.D., has joined the firm’s Indianapolis office.
Schnurpel concentrates his practice in the area of tax-exempt finance, both for 501(c)(3) entities and governmental issuers. In addition, he advises clients with respect to obtaining and maintaining tax-exempt status, unrelated business income tax issues and the rules governing the private business use of tax-exempt bond proceeds.
He graduated from Indiana State University in 1994 with a degree in accounting. Schnurpel then earned his law degree in 2000 from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
Schnurpel was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 2000. He is currently a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, Indiana State Bar Association, American Bar Association, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, American Health Law Association and National Association of Bond Lawyers.
