Hall Render is pleased to announce associate attorney Joel D. Swider, J.D., has joined the firm’s Indianapolis office.
Swider practices in Hall Render’s Business/Tax practice group where he focuses on regulatory and corporate compliance, hospital/physician contracting, taxation and various corporate transactional issues.
Swider completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Virginia and earned his law degree with distinction in health law from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. While in law school, he was Executive Managing Editor of the Indiana Health Law Review and a member of the Order of the Barristers. He also served under the Bush Administration as Agency Coordinator in the Office of Presidential Correspondence, functioning as a liaison between the White House and the various federal agencies.
Swider has been admitted to the Indiana Bar and the U.S. District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. He is a member of the American Health Law Association, Indiana State Bar Association and Indianapolis Bar Association.
