Hall Render is pleased to announce associate attorney Schuyler J. File, J.D., has joined the firm’s Indianapolis office.
File’s practice focuses on real estate and general business transactions and services. He works with clients on matters relating to the acquisition and disposition of real estate, commercial leasing, real estate development, easements and restrictive covenants, tax exemption and zoning matters.
File received his undergraduate degree from Hillsdale College and his law degree from Regent University School of Law. Prior to his legal career, File was a licensed real estate agent who assisted large agricultural operations and investors in the acquisition and disposition of real estate.
File has been admitted to the Indiana Bar and is a member of the American Health Law Association and The Federalist Society.
