Hall Render is pleased to announce associate attorney Carrie Joshi, J.D., has joined the firm’s Milwaukee office.
Carrie Joshi practices in the area of health care law with a focus on regulatory and compliance matters, reimbursement and licensure and accreditation matters. Joshi has experience in clinical services and patient care and consent matters, EMTALA and risk management issues. She also assists with scope of practice and medical staff matters. Joshi is a registered nurse, and prior to practicing law, she was employed at a regional tertiary health care facility.
Joshi received her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and received her law degree from Marquette University Law School.
Joshi has been admitted to the Wisconsin Bar and is a member of the American Health Law Association.
