Hall Render is pleased to announce Alison Kling has joined the firm in its Indianapolis office.
Alison represents health care providers on a wide variety of real estate matters. Alison advises clients on transactions relating to the development of medical facilities, including leases, acquisitions and dispositions. She also counsels clients as they navigate financing, tax exemption applications and appeals, development agreements and construction contracts. Alison also has experience advising on matters related to land use and entitlements.
Alison is admitted to practice in North Carolina and is a member of the American Health Law Association.
