Hall Render is pleased to announce Raminta Kizyte has joined the firm in its Denver office.
Raminta focuses her practice on advising a variety of health care providers on transactional and regulatory matters. She enjoys navigating the complex and constantly evolving health laws and regulations and offering practical solutions to her clients. Drawing on her experience working at community hospitals, Raminta also advises on general counsel matters as well as compliance with fraud and abuse laws, real estate, tax exemption issues, audits and physician agreements.
Raminta is admitted to practice in Colorado and is a member of the American Health Law Association and the Colorado Bar Association.
