Hall Render is pleased to announce Sadie Zurfluh has joined the firm in its Milwaukee office.
Sadie represents health care and non-profit clients in the structuring, negotiating and closing of real estate transactions. Her work includes leasing, due diligence, entitlements, acquisitions and financing. Sadie’s experience prior to joining Hall Render includes real estate, land use, condemnation and municipal litigation, which gives her a broad and unique perspective on real estate risk management issues.
Sadie is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and is a member of the American Health Law Association and the Association for Women Lawyers.
