Hall Render is pleased to announce Waseem Chachar has joined the firm in its Indianapolis office.
Waseem assists clients in remaining compliant with HIPAA and HITECH, as well as other state and federal privacy authorities. He works with clients to navigate policy assessments, trainings, privacy notice development, privacy and security audits and risk assessments. Additionally, Waseem counsels clients on matters relating to electronic health records, health information exchanges, outsourcing, resource planning, patient information management systems and financial knowledge management and technology infrastructure systems.
Waseem is admitted to practice in Indiana and is a member of American Health Law Association, Indiana State Bar Association and Indianapolis Bar Association.
