With over 20 years of experience in real estate, Amy DeColibus is dedicated to helping health care clients develop creative solutions to issues that arise in transactions or on the administration side of a real estate portfolio. She is skilled in commercial real estate development, sales and commercial leasing. Additionally, Amy takes great satisfaction in assisting clients to develop processes and policies involving real estate, whether it is to build out an internal real estate development team or a lease administration department.
Amy is admitted to practice in Colorado and is a member of the Colorado Bar Association.
