Hall, Render, Killian, Heath & Lyman, one of the nation’s largest health care-focused law firms, is pleased to announce Natalie Murphy has joined the firm as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO).
With a singular focus in health care, Hall Render has represented more than 5,000 health care organizations across the country. Most recently, the firm has focused on growth, increasing the number of professionals to serve health care clients and expanding and further developing the services it offers, such as the strategic consulting services provided by Hall Render Advisory Services. Natalie will lead the firm’s efforts to optimize internal infrastructure and align operations with Board-directed strategic growth initiatives.
“This is a pivotal moment in the firm’s history as we implement our growth strategy in furtherance of health care,” said Gregg Wallander, President and CEO of Hall Render. “Ensuring we operate effectively and execute our long-term strategic projects will position us to continue our relentless commitment to exceptional client service. Natalie’s experience in leading teams, solving cross-functional problems and collaborating with a diverse set of stakeholders, in combination with her prior experience at Hall Render, makes her the right person for this role.”
In 2009, Natalie joined Hall Render as an attorney and was engaged in numerous initiatives across the firm. She later joined Cummins Inc., where she served in multiple roles, including most recently as Director of Executive and Internal Communications, where she was responsible for the alignment of CEO messaging across all audiences and overseeing corporate communications for the company.
Natalie earned her undergraduate degree from DePauw University and her J.D. from Indiana University McKinney School of Law.
