Benjamin Lockwood provides strategic counsel within the intricate intersection of health and privacy law, partnering with a diverse range of health care entities. As a privacy attorney, Benjamin focuses his practice on navigating complex state and federal patient privacy regulations and data security requirements. Within the FDA landscape, Benjamin renders advice to companies involved in the development and marketing of pharmaceuticals and medical devices, with practical experience advising on prescription drug and device marketing and advertising and reviewing clinical trial agreements. Benjamin’s experience extends to the pharmacy sector, where he addresses issues affecting various actors in the drug distribution supply chain.
Benjamin is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and is a member of the American Health Law Association, American Society for Pharmacy Law, Food and Drug Law Institute, Society of Clinical Research Associates and International Association of Privacy Professionals.
