Hall Render is pleased to announce Ben Murphy has joined the firm in its Indianapolis office.
Ben Murphy focuses his practice in the area of health care transactions. Leveraging his background in health care project management, Ben counsels a broad array of clients, comprising health systems, hospitals and physician practices on matters related to mergers and acquisitions, dissolutions and antitrust law. He is dedicated to providing practical solutions to complex legal and business-related problems.
Prior to joining Hall Render, Ben worked as a clinical research manager for an international pharmaceutical firm, where he helped manage global clinical trials for innovative cancer treatments.
Ben is admitted to practice in Indiana and is a member of the American Health Law Association and the Indiana Bar Association.
