Hall Render is pleased to announce the recent addition of Amanda Kiefer as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Amanda will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the Firm’s business goals.
“Amanda brings a rare combination of legal and HR executive experience, which uniquely positions her to align our people strategies with the Firm’s broader goals,” said Natalie Murphy, Chief Administrative Officer of Hall Render. “Her collaborative leadership style and proven ability to build high-retention cultures will be invaluable as we continue to grow and strengthen our national platform.”
Amanda joins Hall Render with more than a decade of HR leadership experience in the financial services sector, where she most recently served as a Senior Vice President and Chief People & Inclusion Officer. Her expertise lies in transforming HR from a tactical function into a strategic driver of organizational success, leading enterprise-wide initiatives in employee engagement, compensation and benefits, leadership development, succession planning and inclusion. Earlier in her career, she also served as Assistant General Counsel, providing legal counsel on employment law, internal investigations, corporate governance and compliance matters.
Amanda earned her Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. She is certified as a Senior Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP) and serves as a trustee and board member for several professional and community organizations.
