Megan is situated in the Firm’s Indianapolis office and focuses her practice on strategic and operational compliance matters. She advises health care clients on EMTALA, scope of practice, licensure and patient care issues, and collaborates with organizations to strengthen compliance program operations, including the development and review of policies and procedures. Megan also represents providers in compliance matters and investigations involving quality improvement organizations, CMS, the Office of Inspector General and other regulators. Additionally, she counsels clients on value-based care initiatives, including value-based payment models and Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute flexibilities. Megan graduated from Indiana University Maurer School of Law with her J.D. in 2017, and she is recognized as an Indiana Super Lawyers Rising Star.
