Hall Render is pleased to announce that Divenna Chamblee has joined the Firm in its Dallas office.
Divenna is a health care regulatory and litigation attorney who represents hospitals, health systems and providers in compliance, enforcement and medical malpractice matters.
Drawing on prior medical malpractice litigation experience, Divenna partners with clients to navigate regulatory requirements while mitigating risk and resolving disputes efficiently. She has a deep understanding of health care systems, clinical standards and patient safety, which informs her practical, solutions-oriented approach to both compliance counseling and litigation strategy. Divenna also regularly represents physicians before licensing boards, providing guidance throughout investigations and disciplinary proceedings.
Divenna is licensed to practice in Texas and is a member of the American Health Law Association and the Dallas Bar Association.
