John Bowen, Hall Render St. Louis Office Managing Partner, and Gregg Wallander, Hall Render President and CEO, spoke with the St. Louis Business Journal to share insight on the firm’s new office opening in the Sevens Building at 7777 Bonhomme Ave. in Clayton, MO.
Bowen expressed that the office opening was a reasonable next step as the firm had represented clients in St. Louis for several years and aimed to satisfy a growing demand for service and the desire for clients to have face-to-face communications with their counsel.
“We wanted to show our clients that we are here and in the community,” said Bowen. “In addition to offering this national expertise on the big health care issues, we also want to be local, and we want to be learning about what are the specific issues that are facing St. Louis providers.”
“Life is different today with the virtual capabilities and work from home, but you just can’t replace face-to-face, being on the ground, really vetting out the client’s issues, strategies and pain points,” said Wallander.
“We’re excited about the opportunity to grow both organically and identify opportunities in the market to bring over attorneys. There is a really strong health care bar in St. Louis, and I think we would offer a really good platform for attorneys to work at,” Bowen said.
