Hall Render is pleased to announce that David Yanda has joined the firm as an Associate in the Milwaukee office.
David is a health care attorney who advises hospitals and health systems on Medicare reimbursement, health care compliance and regulatory matters. His practice includes assisting providers with Medicare payment policy and reimbursement strategy, special provider designations and regulatory compliance matters involving federal fraud and abuse laws.
David also represents health care organizations in government investigations and enforcement actions involving agencies such as the Office of Inspector General, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and the U.S. Department of Justice.
Before joining Hall Render, David served for six years in the United States Air Force as a Korean Cryptologic Linguist. He is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and is a member of the American Health Law Association.
