Hall Render is pleased to announce Ryan Butler has joined the firm in its Denver office.
Ryan focuses his practice in the area of real estate transactions. He advises hospitals and health systems on all aspects of health care transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, physician alignment and physician contracting. Ryan also provides counsel regarding leasing matters and the purchase and sale of real estate.
Ryan is admitted to practice in Missouri and Illinois and is a member of the American Health Law Association.
