Hall Render is pleased to announce Hannah Clarke has joined the firm in its Indianapolis office.
Hannah focuses her practice in the area of antitrust law. She counsels health systems and hospitals on the antitrust requirements of mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures, helping them to remain compliant with federal and state antitrust laws. Additionally, she advises clients on the day-to-day antitrust compliance issues and supports clients with the premerger reporting requirements of the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act.
Hannah is admitted to practice in Indiana and is a member of the American Health Law Association.
