Bill Ouska is a health care transactions attorney who advises health care organizations, private equity sponsors, dental support organizations and individual business owners on a wide range of transactional and strategic initiatives.
His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and governance, and providing outside general counsel support to growing businesses. Bill works closely with clients to guide them through the full lifecycle of a transaction—from initial structuring and due diligence through negotiation and closing—while keeping a strong focus on practical, business-oriented outcomes.
