Hall Render is pleased to announce that Bill Ouska has joined the Firm as a Shareholder in its Dallas office.
Bill is a health care transactions attorney who advises health care organizations, private equity sponsors, dental support organizations and individual business owners on a wide range of transactional and strategic initiatives.
His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and governance, and providing outside general counsel support to growing businesses. Bill works closely with clients to guide them through the full lifecycle of a transaction—from initial structuring and due diligence through negotiation and closing—while keeping a strong focus on practical, business-oriented outcomes. He also brings experience in commercial real estate, asset protection and estate planning, allowing him to provide comprehensive counsel that aligns both business and personal objectives.
Bill is admitted to practice in Texas and is a member of the American Health Law Association and the State Bar of Texas.
