Hall Render has opened an office in Philadelphia – the firm’s second in the Northeast. Philadelphia is one of three cities Hall Render selected for its national expansion in 2014 in addition to Denver and Washington, D.C. The addition of these new offices is part of a strategic effort to provide better accessibility to clients in all regions of the United States.
Delphine Park O’Rourke, J.D., has been appointed as office managing partner of the Philadelphia office. O’Rourke will also continue to serve in her current role as in-house general counsel, chief legal officer and chief advocacy officer for Our Lady of Lourdes Memorial Hospital, Inc. in Binghamton, NY.
“This expansion is anchoring Hall Render’s presence here on the East Coast where we already have a strong client base,” commented O’Rourke. “We provide extensive legal services to complex health care systems, from community hospitals to academic medical centers, and guide them through the transitioning health care landscape. Our growth is in response to the increased need for accessible, comprehensive and reasonably priced services in the Northeast Region.”
