Hall Render is pleased to announce attorney Mayo Alao has joined the firm’s Indianapolis office.
Mayo practices in the area of health care law with a focus on hospital and health system matters, regulatory and compliance issues, corporate transactions and hospital/physician alignment. He provides services to a broad array of health care providers, including hospitals, health systems and physician practices. Mayo earned his undergraduate degree from Seton Hall University and his J.D. with a Health Law Certificate and M.P.H. in Health Management and Policy from the Saint Louis University School of Law and the College for Public Health & Social Justice.
Mayo is admitted to practice in Indiana and is a member of the American Health Law Association, American Bar Association and Indiana State Bar Association.
