Hall Render sponsors a summer internship program for college students focused on supporting the pipeline of students from underrepresented backgrounds who are interested in pursuing careers in law and/or health care. Interns have been placed in our offices in Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; Detroit, MI; Indianapolis, IN; Milwaukee, WI; Raleigh, NC; and Washington, D.C.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Hall Render believes that diversity, including, but not limited to, differences in race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, age, ability and religious or political beliefs, increases the value of our law firm by allowing us to deliver innovative health law services from various points of view. We are committed to helping open pathways to law school and fostering interest in health care and health law among students from backgrounds that have been underrepresented in the legal field. Interns will gain valuable experience in various aspects of legal work, including research and writing projects, client meetings, and firm administration. Interns will work part-time, approximately 25 hours per week, during the summer months between June 8 and July 31, 2026, at our offices in Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; Detroit, MI; Indianapolis, IN; and Milwaukee, WI. Interns will earn $20 per hour, and parking will be provided. Benefits will not be provided.
