About Addison

Addison Bradford is a health care real estate attorney who advises hospitals and health systems on development projects, real estate transactions and regulatory considerations related to health care facilities.

Addison works closely with legal and real estate teams to help clients structure and close transactions that support their strategic growth objectives. He provides practical guidance on both day-to-day real estate matters and complex development projects, always working toward efficient solutions that help clients move projects forward.

Addison’s practice includes:

Drafting and negotiating real estate agreements related to development and facility transactions;
Leading purchase and sale transactions involving health care real estate;
Advising clients on financing structures for real estate projects; and
Counseling providers on regulatory considerations that impact real estate arrangements.

Outside of his legal practice, Addison lives in Zionsville with his wife Becca, a nurse, and their two dogs, Cheese and Birdie.
