About Ahmad
Ahmad Beydoun is a health care transactional attorney who advises hospitals and health systems on real estate and corporate transactions that support strategic growth and operational efficiency.
Ahmad’s practice spans both real estate and mergers and acquisitions matters. He works closely with clients to structure, negotiate and execute transactions that align with their long-term business objectives.
Ahmad’s practice includes:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating real estate purchase and sale agreements and leases;
- Conducting title and survey review and advising on real estate transaction strategy;
- Representing health care providers in mergers and acquisitions, including stock and asset buy/sell transactions; and
- Providing general contracting support, including employment and ancillary agreements.
Ahmad is known for a practical, business-oriented approach, helping clients evaluate transactions not only from a legal perspective but also through the lens of long-term strategy and operational impact. Outside of his practice, Ahmad enjoys staying active, traveling, spending time with family and friends and cheering on his Detroit sports teams.
