About Alessandra
Alessandra is a health care regulatory attorney who advises hospitals, health systems and other health care organizations on a range of fraud and abuse and compliance matters.
She brings a compliance and investigations perspective to her practice, drawing on her experience as a paralegal at a boutique law firm in Washington, D.C. Prior to law school, Alessandra worked on internal and government investigations, compliance, white collar defense and complex civil litigation matters, experience that provides a practical foundation for helping clients navigate regulatory and compliance issues.
Alessandra’s practice includes:
- Advising on fraud and abuse matters, including the Anti-Kickback Statute and other statutory and regulatory requirements;
- Counseling clients on value-based care arrangements and Accountable Care Organizations; and
- Supporting health care organizations on managed care matters.
Outside of her practice, Alessandra enjoys hiking, traveling and catching the latest live theatre productions on tour.
