About Allie
Allie Krueger is an intellectual property attorney who advises life sciences companies, health care organizations and research institutions on IP strategy, patent portfolios and the protection and advancement of innovation.
Drawing on internationally trained patent experience and senior in-house leadership, Allie helps clients navigate complex IP matters with a focus on aligning legal strategy with scientific, operational and business objectives. She brings experience overseeing global patent portfolios and advising on innovation across therapeutics, diagnostics, digital health and medical technologies, biologics, cell and gene therapies and medical devices.
Allie’s practice includes:
- Developing and managing U.S. and international IP portfolios for health care, pharmaceutical and life sciences organizations;
- Advising on innovation capture and strategic technology management, including informed patent filing and commercialization decisions;
- Supporting technology transfer, licensing and commercialization initiatives, including IP due diligence for emerging companies; and
- Advising executive and C-suite leadership on intellectual property, regulatory, risk mitigation and commercialization strategies.
Allie’s experience includes practice with prominent UK- and German-based intellectual property law firms, followed by senior in-house leadership at a nonprofit pediatric academic medical center in Ohio, where she oversaw global IP strategy and led IP policy development and innovation initiatives. She trained as a Chartered U.K. and European patent attorney and is a registered U.S. patent attorney, bringing a uniquely international perspective to health care innovation.
