About Andrew
Andrew Dick is a commercial real estate attorney who is responsible for leading the firm’s real estate service line. For more than sixteen years, he has represented owners, operators, developers and investors on health care real estate transactions across the country. Andrew has experience with nearly every type of health care asset, including ambulatory surgery centers, behavioral hospitals, general acute care hospitals, inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, long-term acute care hospitals, medical office buildings, senior housing facilities and skilled nursing facilities. He has extensive experience on built-to-suit transactions, ground lease transactions, sale-leaseback transactions and purchase and sale transactions. Andrew is often cited by the news media on health care real estate matters and has spoken nationally on health care real estate topics. He currently writes a newsletter called the Weekly Health Care Real Estate Briefing with fellow Hall Render attorney Joel Swider and routinely interviews guests on the firm’s Health Care Real Estate Advisor podcast.
