Becca A. Foerder

About Becca

Based in the firm’s Indianapolis office, Becca Foerder concentrates her practice on a variety of labor and employment matters. Becca supports hospitals, health systems and other clients across the health care industry by assisting with employment-based litigation and advising clients on labor and employment-related issues, including wage and hour disputes, policy review and defending against discrimination claims. Becca is dedicated to serving her clients as a trusted and diligent advisor and advocate.

During law school, Becca gained hands-on experience in health law through an in-house internship with an Indianapolis hospital and as a Summer Associate with Hall Render. She also cultivated her interest and developed her experience in health care law by serving as the Executive Editor of the Indiana Health Law Review and as Vice President of the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law Health Law Society.

Outside of work, Becca enjoys reading, baking, going on walks with her dog, Teddy Bear, and spending time with her family.
